PRODUCT RANGECOSTINGS GUIDEQUOTE FORMGALLERYARTWORK GUIDELINES

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our stickers are produced by a number of different processes. Our vinyl stickers are traditionally screen-printed with solvent inks, this is the most effective technique to produce medium and high volumes of stickers. As with all screen-printing the number of colours largely determines the cost.

For very small quantities or for full colour artwork we would recommend digitally printed stickers. Produced in house we can digitally print as little as one sticker from the size of a postage stamp upto a size of 1370mm wide. We use eco-solvents onto a range of vinyls which are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 years. If using this technique the number of colours has no effect on price.

Our paper stickers are printed by Offset Litho so its worth reading the Costings Guide in that section for tips. Every fortnight we group all our paper sticker jobs together to offer our clients the best deal around, see opposite for details.

Rub-Down Decals are costed by colour, area and complexity of artwork. Its hard for us to quote on these without seeing your design. Please email us a copy of your artwork along with details of the end use of your stickers.

Obviously the size of your sticker is also important to its cost. When costing a vinyl sticker we try to get the best yield for you. Our printable area is 330mm x 480mm, unless your sticker is die cut (see below) you should size your stickers to completely fill this area. If you would like your sticker over a selection of sizes we can quote by the sheet and fill it for you. For laminated paper stickers the printable area is 300mm x 420mm.

For any shape other than a square or rectangle we will Die-Cut your sticker in-house. We hold standard tools for most diameter circles and simple rounded rectangles. For all other shapes please submit a cutting outline with your quote so we can cost up a cutting tool. Once made this tool is yours and can be used... cont..
