PRODUCT RANGECOSTINGS GUIDEQUOTE FORMGALLERYARTWORK GUIDELINES

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Most of our TShirts are screen printed - inks are printed directly onto the shirt.

This is the most reliable technique to achieve a long lasting print as the inks can penetrate into the cotton.

For each colour in your design we make a screen which prints a layer of colour onto the TShirt. We print each colour in sequence to reproduce your artwork. So the more colours in your print the more screens we need to make and the longer it takes us to print your TShirts. Our pricing structure reflects this.

Screens for images upto 300mm x 400mm are charged at £20.

Screens for images upto 400mm x 500mm are charged at £30.

Screen charges cover the cost of running a film and putting your image on one of our hi tension aluminium framed screens. We will put your image on screen free of charge for future orders for upto one year. If you need to use the screen again after one year we charge a 50% re-screening charge.

Artwork charges are only necessary if your image requires complex colour separation or if you are unable to supply artwork to our basic specifications. We're always happy to give advice to keep any artwork charges to a minimum for you. Our artwork guidelines aim to clearly explain what we need from you in order to process your order swiftly and to make sure you get the results you want.

Our garment range can be found on our Product Range page. We've carefully selected these brands to offer something for everyone but if you can't find what you're looking for just ask and we'll do our best to source it for you. For each category of garment you should find standard heavyweight promotional garments through to more tailored fashion items. In keeping with our environmental policy you'll find the best in organic TShirts and Shopper bags. Alternatively you're welcome to supply your own garments but please check with us first to avoid any production issues.
