Offest litho is best suited to medium and large runs. There are inherent costs in setting a job that usually make small quantities prohibitive. In these cases we always recommend digital printing.

Our in house digital press can print in high resolution direct to boards upto 400gsm in weight and upto A3 in size. This process is ideal for small quanities, full colour business cards, invitations and runs of leaflets less than 1000. 

For larger prints upto 1370mm width we use a high resolution ink jet printer. This is ideal for short runs of large posters for applications such as POS and exhibition display.

You can choose any size upto A2 using offset litho but its advisable to select from the following because they yield the most from manufacturers paper sizes.

Once printed choose from our range of finishing options to enhance your design. Use our in house die cutting service to round the corners of your job or cut to a custom shape. We have standard die tools for rounded rectangles and many diameter circles. Custom shapes require a new tool, prices depend on the complexity of your shape.

Laminate your job for a high gloss or matt finish or choose UV spot varnishing for selective areas of matt or gloss. We can laminate with an impressive range of textured, holographic and tinted films.
